Long mix tapes, little conversation, lots of chin-stroking!
Why should we listen to your show?
Because you guaranteed to hear a least one track you have never heard before
How did your show come about?
I’ve always wanted to devise a radio show that felt like I was playing records in my own lounge, and then – hey presto – Vibraphonic FM appeared. I talked to someone who said they were looking for (enthusiastic) presenters, so I put myself forward and here I am…still!
What goes on behind the scenes in the studio?
I sit there, play vinyl, play CDs, stroke my chin and think about my role in the universe.
What has been you best on air moment?
Playing my James Pants mix tape – his music heralds the official return of electro!
What has been your worst/ most embarrassing on air moment?
Leaving the mic up when burping!
Who is your favourite artist?
This week, my favourite artist is Eero Kovistoinen.
What is your all time favourite album?
This week it’s Previsao Do Tempo by Marcos Valle.
