Mother Goose young chorus open auditions, Northcott, Saturday 10th October from 10am to 1pm
Youngsters could be on track for their first experience in ‘pantoland’ when Exeter Northcott hold open auditions for the young chorus in this year’s Christmas production.
Three teams of local young people will be chosen to sing, dance and perform alongside the professional cast in the ever-popular, traditional family pantomime Mother Goose.
Boys and girls aged nine to 15 years old who can commit to a busy rehearsal and performance schedule are invited to take part.
Open auditions take place at Exeter Northcott on Saturday 10th October from 10am to 1pm.
To take part, complete the audition form on www.exeternorthcott.co.uk and bring it on the day.
Those who are successful will start rehearsal in the half-term holidays on Monday 26th October. Further information about the rehearsal schedule is also available on the Exeter Northcott website.
Mother Goose runs from Thursday 3rd December, 2009 to Saturday 9th January, 2010.
It stars Steve Bennett in his 14th year as Exeter Northcott’s pantomime dame, and retains the great music, grand costumes and family-friendly laughs that have made the pantomime such a favourite over the years.
