Phonic FM’s Rockshow wows national audiences

Phonic FM’s Rock Show has been picked up by national radio station Total Rock.

The weekly show, fronted by Mike James, will be aired on national airwaves every Tuesday night from 9pm to 11pm.

The Rock Show has gone from strength t strength since it was launched when Phonic FM was born in February 2008. It has attracted a cult following  with listeners tuning in from all over the world and acts, both local and national, queuing up to be invited in to the Phonic FM studio.

Mike was delighted that his show has been picked up by such a well recognised and respected radio station.

He said:  “It’s epic that the Rock Show has been picked up by such a major station like TotalRock.com The increased exposure is great for me as a DJ and for Phonic FM.

“TotalRock.com is the biggest rock radio station in the UK and I’m deeply honored that my show is there to represent the growing Westcountry scene and showing the country that we are here and the UK doesn’t stop at Bristol.

“It just shows that with amazing interviews from major acts and local regional acts queuing up to be on the show I have been noticed in rock and industry circles across the country.

“This is awesome news for me, the Rock Show and Phonic FM. I’d like to thank everyone at Phonic for their support over the last few years and watch out there’s plenty more to come.”
