Listen to Phonic Voices

Listen to Phonic Voices

Phonic Voices is a community radio project directed by Peter Snelling of My Pockets, a production company which works with people who have something important to say but no way to say it.

It was produced with funding from The National Lottery.

In Phonic Voices members of the public in Exeter were challenged to record the one day of their life that made them who they are.

All the stories were recorded and edited by the people who were telling them. The pieces of radio created are moving, funny, authentic and personal.

The Phonic Voices programmes were first broadcast on Hot Pebbles! on Phonic FM in April and May 2013.
